Who we are
Herring Media (“we”, “us”) operates herringm.com. You can contact us at [email protected].
What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, the service you’re interested in and your message. We use this only to reply to your inquiry and, if you book with us, to deliver your project. We don’t sell or share it for marketing.
Embedded content
Some pages include videos hosted on YouTube or on our own video platform. These only load when you press play, and the host may then set cookies and collect usage data under its own privacy policy.
Service providers
Our site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to keep the site secure and fast. Inquiry emails are delivered through Google’s email service.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting project, then delete them. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing us.
